Timeline for Receipt of Orders
Orders are shipped within 24 hours of placement (our order center is open Monday through Friday).
Most orders will reach you within five business days, but
You should allow a MINIMUM OF SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS for receipt (remember, weekends do not count). If your order is being placed during a holiday period it may take longer.
If your bird eats a diet that is only available online we encourage you to order well in advance, or keep a spare bag of food on hand and order when you open the second bag.
This will allow for shipping or weather delays so you don't run out of product! We do offer faster shipping options for those times when you need to get it quicker.
